What is Cancer? In alternative cancer treatment circles, it is stated that all cancer is the result of an immune system that has quit destroying mutant cells. One normal function of a healthy immune system is to destroy cancer cells anywhere they are in the body, even those produced by "cancer causing" agents. If this were not true, everyone exposed to cancer causing agents would develop cancer, wouldn't they? For this reason, these alternative considerations are not specific for one kind of cancer or another, they are "universal". The fundamental objectives of these therapies are to restore health to the immune system by removing the heavy burden that it bears from unhealthy diets and life styles, remove stored toxins, and to provide the body with the nutritional resources that it needs to replace sick cells with healthy ones. When these needs are addressed and the corrections made, the results are often immediate and dramatic. Please bear in mind that I am not a doctor. I am a reporter only. I am not allowed to prescribe. I am allowed to share information. I am a survivor of devastating cancer because I applied some of the information that is presented in these papers. I have not "invented" this information. Many of these treatments have been in the public domain for a long time. Some have been practiced for over 100 years. Our conventional medical system has become so focused on the direct chemical and surgical solutions to our medical problems that they have lost sight of the broader and basic elements of health and healing available to us by following natural, inexpensive, and effective paths that were practiced by early conventional medical doctors. I have shared this information for many years and I have had the extreme gratification of seeing many "terminal" cancer patients make complete recoveries. Some of the people who have benefited from this information will be presented in a section "success stories" when this site is finished. They are all people who have gotten this information from me and have applied it to their lives, and now they are well, some for many years. It is my purpose to provide cancer patients with information that will give them new hope and courage, and I hope that they will apply these natural and healthful concepts to their lives to the end that they will become cancer free. Because our legal system is currently set against prescribing these options, I must make a disclaimer and state that all responsibility of the outcome of following any of these suggestions rests with the user. Please bear in mind, however, that these treatments are completely legal for individuals to follow. What is illegal is for your conventional doctor, or anyone else, to prescribe them.
